Old Testament/ Hebrew Bible. There is a range of texts and teaching here pertaining to war. It includes the global inclusiveness and fallenness as manifest in Genesis 1-11, the prophetic critiques of institutional leadership, and the dawning individual awareness that we have individually each got things wrong. 
New Testament. There is a similar range here, especially in the form of what  is recorded in the gospels regarding the teaching of Jesus about the coming Kingdom of God, in Paul’s advisory letters to Christians dispersed across the Roman Empire, or in the Acts of the Apostles about the social mutuality of the early church in Jerusalem.
